We are currently seeking an experienced Front Office professional to join our team in the capacity of Duty Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to Reception Manager
Effective leadership skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to oversee hotel operations in the absences of General Manager and Department Heads
Assisting reception with arrivals & departures and guest enquiries
Ability to be cross trained in other areas and manage a portfolio
Assisting with guest conflict resolution
Availability to work across a 7 day week roster over a mixture of early(7am - 3pm), mid and late (12pm - 8pm)shifts with the occasional over night shift.
